FLYING PIG PRODUCTS

COFFEE!
It's simply what we're about.
After acquiring a variety of green coffee beans from around the world,
we hand roast them to specific roasting profiles in order to bring out
the individual flavors of each type of bean. While most store bought
coffee found on shelves were roasted weeks or even months prior,
Flying Pig understands the magic in delicious coffee is getting the
beans from the roaster into your mug as quick as possible. We are a
local startup company that wants that wants to help you make that
happen. Trust us on this. We guarantee that you won’t be
disappointed.
See below for some of our standard offerings.

THE MORNING BRIEF
African Light Roast
Most African coffee is known for it's fruity notes, light body, and mildly acidic flavor. We choose a variety of beans from various African countries and farms and roast them to a light to light/medium roast in order to bring out those light and crisp fruit notes. Common countries include Ethiopian, Kenya, and Malawi.

ONE ALPHA
Central American Medium Roast
This medium to medium/dark roast from El Salvador has notes of raw sugar, nuts, and sweetened almond milk. When roasted to a full city level it brings out a creamy bodied mouthfeel and rich chocolate notes. In addition to your preferred brewing method, this roast is also very good for espresso.

FUEL SAMPLE
